You do not need a shady link to watch the Premier League. You need to know which licensed service holds the rights in your country, because the same match is shown on different platforms depending on where you sit. This guide lists the legal options in the US, UK, Canada and Australia for the 2026/27 season.
Last checked: 24 October 2026. Rights holders and bundles can change, so confirm on the provider’s own site before you subscribe.
Quick answer: where to watch, by country
| Country | Where the games are shown | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| United States | NBC, Peacock and USA Network (all under NBCUniversal) | USA Network needs a cable login or a live-TV streaming service. Peacock alone does not carry every match. |
| United Kingdom | Sky Sports and TNT Sports | Rights are shared across the 2025/26 to 2027/28 cycle. Saturday 3pm kick-offs are not shown live. |
| Canada | Fubo | Fubo holds the Premier League rights for the 2026/27 season. |
| Australia | Stan Sport | Stan Sport shows every match this season. |
United States: NBC, Peacock and USA Network
NBCUniversal splits all 380 matches across three places. Some games are on broadcast NBC, many are on Peacock, and a large share are on the cable channel USA Network. If you do not have cable, live-TV streaming services that carry USA Network include YouTube TV, Fubo, Hulu + Live TV and DirecTV Stream. Sling carries it in some markets only. Always check the channel list for your zip code before you pay.
Tip: open the Premier League fixtures page and look at the broadcaster listed for your match. It tells you whether it is a Peacock game or a USA Network game.
United Kingdom: Sky Sports and TNT Sports
Live games are split between Sky Sports and TNT Sports. The traditional Saturday 3pm blackout means those matches are not broadcast live in the UK, so a 3pm kick-off that shows on a US service will not appear on a UK channel. Highlights are shown on the BBC.
Canada: Fubo
Fubo holds the Canadian rights this season, so one subscription covers you. Check which plan includes the Premier League channel before you sign up, and read the cancellation terms if you only want a few months.
Australia: Stan Sport
Stan Sport shows every match. Some games are offered in 4K, but that may require a higher plan, so check the plan details on Stan’s site.
Why the same match is on different services
The league sells broadcast rights country by country. A US service is not licensed to show you matches in the UK, and the reverse is also true. That is why a game can be free in one place, paid in another and missing from a third.
The same match is licensed to different services in each country. Last checked 24 October 2026.What “legal” really means
- Licensed in your country: the service holds the rights where you live.
- Official apps and websites: subscribe directly from the provider or a trusted app store.
- Free trials are fine, but set a reminder before they renew.
Pirate streams are the opposite. They break the rights holders’ licences, often fail at kick-off, and many are packed with pop-ups or malware. They are not worth the risk to your device or your data.
Travelling? Check portability first
Many services only work inside the country they sell in. If you travel, read the provider’s help page on using the service abroad. We cover the rules in more detail in our guide to using a VPN for sports abroad. If you are heading to the UK for a game, our UK trip checklist covers phones, trains and money.
Missed the match? Legal ways to catch up

Pre-kick-off checklist
- Find your match on the official fixtures page and note the broadcaster for your country.
- Check that your plan includes that channel or app.
- Test the app and your login on the device you will use, at least a day before.
- Update the app and restart your router if you stream on a smart TV.
